Well I should do a video post. But I’m not going to. Too much effort and I really don’t have enough time today. Soon I am thinking, I can feel the urge to post in my bones. For the redord though, to make this feel kind of like a video post I am going to do the music of today:

Ghost Mice – Fire Fighter
Cold War Kids – Hang me out to dry

Listen and love.

What is up with San Diego?! I am in love with everything. Mostly I am really loving to be a teacher, this after all is what I cam here to do and I have been extremely lucky to do so. I forgot just how much I loved to teach over the summer and I am getting that rush back again everyday. My students are amazing. Gifted and talented. My faculty is like being in a perma-symposium of forward and progressive thinkers. I think we might, together, be able to reach the goal I have had since I started walking – I think we might be able to change the world. Or at least several thousand significant realities. Also some sub-realities.

San Diego is a city, and it retains some city basics. What SD does have is amazing weather. Never too hot or too cold. I am going to love getting used to this. I can feel my perspective shifting into a newer, greater arena that has always been just beyond my blind spot and it is exhilarating.

Long work days and new relationship building hours are happening and they are going well. The motions are motioning.

Updates to come and clarity may or may not be presented.

I told you you’d love that weather. I am so jealous. When I (and maybe Jason) go to Napa again in April maybe we’ll take a trip down there. BTW are you guys coming home for Christmas or what?
